About Michelle

Michelle Mangroo is a professional speaker and holistic wellness practitioner specializing in Ayurveda and modern wellness practices. She started her career on Wall Street and later in education, focusing on high-pressure roles and organizational leadership. As a result of years navigating demanding professional environments, she discovered that many women are struggling with stress, burnout, and disconnection from their own health and well-being.


Ayurveda found her at pivotal moments in her life - first when her child faced health challenges that required her full attention and care, and later when her own health signaled it was time to prioritize herself. Guided by a mother’s instinct, she discovered the transformative power of holistic wellness and became passionate about sharing practical strategies that restore energy, balance, and vitality.

 

Combined with her professional expertise and desire to empower women, she took to the stage with the goal of reaching as many people as possible in the realm of holistic wellness and stress resilience. Today, her talks leave audiences feeling energized, informed, and equipped with actionable tools to reclaim their health, set boundaries, and reconnect with their authentic selves.
